About this service

Designed around how you actually use it.

Most bathrooms are asked to do two jobs at once: keep the family moving in the morning, and help you switch off at night. We plan the layout, storage, lighting and ventilation around both.

You choose the tile, fixtures and finishes with us, either through our in-house resources or alongside your own designer. The same crew then handles the plumbing, electrical, waterproofing and tiling, so there is one team to answer for the finished room.

Why a bathroom is worth doing properly

A bathroom is one of the smallest rooms in the house and one of the hardest working. Waterproofing, drainage and ventilation decide whether it still looks right in ten years, and all of that sits behind the tile.

Done properly, it is also the room buyers notice first. We build the part you cannot see to the same standard as the part you can, so the work holds up long after the job is finished.

What the work covers

From the first tile to the final walkthrough.

Design, the trades, the tiling and the cleanup, handled by the same team from the first visit to the day you use it.

Full gut renovations

Taken back to the studs where the layout calls for it, then rebuilt by the same crew that started the job.

Spa style remodels

Soaking tubs, jetted tubs and walk-in showers, specified around the space you actually have.

Electrical and plumbing upgrades

We handle the electrical and plumbing upgrades the new layout needs, rather than working around the old ones.

Design and material selection

Tile, fixtures and finishes chosen with you, using our in-house resources or your own designer, with vendor discounts passed along.

Minimal disruption

Work areas are sealed off and the site is cleaned daily. Most homes keep a second bathroom in use throughout.

Permit coordination

Where the work needs permits, we coordinate them through the drafting and permitting associations we work with.

How your bathroom renovation runs

Five stages, start to finish.

You know what happens next at every point, and who is responsible for it.

Stage 1

Free in-home consultation

We visit your home to understand the space, the budget and the goal. Mapping the whole renovation in detail before work starts is how the budget and the timeline hold.

Stage 2

Design and planning

After assessing every aspect of the home, we help with material and design selection, using our in-house resources or your preferred design partner, with vendor discounts passed on to you.

Stage 3

Construction permits

Where a bathroom involves structural changes or mechanical work, permits are required. We work with drafting and permitting associations to obtain them on your behalf.

Stage 4

Construction and daily site management

Work areas are sealed off and the site is cleaned daily to control dust. Isolated work zones keep water and electricity running for the rest of the house, and the owner inspects the site personally for safety.

Stage 5

Final walkthrough and cleanup

We remove all construction debris and walk the finished space with you. If something comes up later, we stand behind our work.

Bathroom questions

Answers before you commit.

If something here is not covered, call and ask. There is no charge for a conversation.
